Thought we should come up with some new ideas for that first meal of the day. Don’t know why I haven’t shared my heavenly Mama’s Maple Butter Twist Rolls before now. It was a staple in our family when I was growing up.  Made with a boxed roll mix and her gooey maple/cinnamon filling…well, we couldn’t have it often enough. Next, I’ve combined my Crème Brulee French Toast and Sausage Casserole in a new dish.  It is made a day ahead of time and baked on breakfast day…which is great for when you have guests for brunch. Yet another option is French Toast with Bananas. I saw a recipe online that give me an idea for changing up my French Toast recipe a bit.  You’ll need a very ripe banana to add to my origional ‘batter” in which you dip your favorite bread before “toasting” it in a buttered skillet.  Lastly, lets make Eggs Benedict and I’ll share with you my ever so easy blender Hollandaise sauce.  It can be used for so many other dishes…it’s a great addition to your repertoire of showcase recipes. There will be 8 seats at the breakfast table….come on over!!
