As requested, here is a Kitchen Class centered around seafood with Coconut Shrimp a must. It is timely as I’ve been working on recipes for the shrimp …both deep fried in the traditional way and also in the air fryer. Coconut Shrimp with a little sweet Orange/Chili Dipping Sauce is a great appetizer followed by a Crab Towers (layers of lettuce, avocado, shredded crab and a basil/shallot dressing). Sea Bass in a Marsala Mushroom Sauce served with Couscous with Toasted Coconut, Dried Cherries and Pecans make a lovely main course. You may have to wait a bit to have room for dessert but a Chocolate Mint Parfait will be worth the wait.
