If the value of the chosen class is less than $65 I will include my cookbook for free: Dinner On time: Holiday and Special Occasion Cooking and Preparation Guidleines. I am happy to send the gift certificate to you or directly to the lucky recipient and I’ll give them the cookbook when they attend the class of their choice. (Note: Pack the Freezer classes not included although I’d be happy to apply the $65 to the price of the Pack the Freezer class.
