Interested in learning what’s available ? Janne designs her classes to show participants how to coordinate the preparation of all the recipes in a menu so that everything gets to the table with the hot things hot and the cold things cold. She will pass on basic cooking skills and tips that are pertinent to each menu as they occur. Some classes are designed to learn different cooking methods and their best applications while others simply offer tasty dinner menus that range from casual weeknight dinners to casual entertaining and fine dining. Click on the link below to see the list of available classes that can be done upon request, given that we can get the minimum number of 4 participants. After sitting down to enjoy the dinner(s) the group prepared, they’ll leave with the complete set of the menus’ recipes, the timeline for preparation in their home and the shopping list. Expect the classes to range from 4 – 6 hours followed by dinner, which lasts as long as the conversation goes at the dinner table. Any of Janne’s classes make for a great team building session for work groups and is a great way to say thank you to staff as well.  Minimum number of participants is 4 and the max is 8.
