Want to learn how to make a lovely loaf of sour dough bread from start to finish? I made my own starter back in 2021 and have been baking and learning ever since. I finally figured out how to share my learnings in such a way that you can experience every step in the bread making process including baking a loaf. You’ll experience making and reviving a starter (which you can take home), making leaven and dough, folding, shaping, proofing and baking and finally, tasting the baked loaf in class. This process normally spans a minimum of several days but you get to experience it all in about 6 hours. All the seats are filled. Sorry!
